ZEN ADRIA d.o.o., Poljicka cesta 26e, Split, OIB 08465621308 (hereinafter Sia Split Hotel) as the manager of your data processing, undertakes to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of all our guests, in accordance with the General Provision on the Protection of Personal Data. The data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling of legal regulations imposed by the Republic of Croatia, which are related to hospitality and tourism. Data is kept for as long as the law prescribes.
GUEST REGISTRATION IN THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
We collect the data that you are obliged to provide us in order to provide you with the accommodation service, based on the law, and if you do not provide it to us, we will not be able to provide you with the specified service.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS
The documents that meet the registration form of the hotel guest are: identity card or passport. Scanning it serves us exclusively to provide the best possible service and your safety. After your check-out from the hotel, these documents are deleted from the system.
e-VISITOR
When booking and arriving at our accommodation facility, you agree to provide your identity documents, i.e. personal data (name and surname, type and number of identification document, gender, country and address of residence and birth, citizenship and date of birth) for the purpose of tourist records in the information system of tourist boards of the Republic of Croatia for the registration and de-registration of tourists – eVisitor (Act on residence tax NN 152/08). The content of your personal data is collected for the purpose of statistical data processing and is intended exclusively for tourist boards, public institutions and ministries whose activities affect this process (Ministry of Tourism – Tourist Inspection, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Finance – Customs Administration). Any unauthorized use, publication, processing, processing, reproduction, display, transmission, distribution, recording or any other form of unauthorized use of your data is strictly prohibited.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
With the aim of protecting people and property, the Sia Split Hotel implements video surveillance measures, which means that surveillance cameras record employees and all persons who move in the surveillance camera’s field of view. Videos are regularly transcribed, unless they are evidence in proceedings before competent state authorities. In the case of judicial and/or criminal proceedings, the aforementioned videos may be used, and third parties, processors and contractual partners registered to maintain the security of central monitoring and reporting systems may have access to personal data on the videos. For all other details related to the video supervision, special regulations governing that area are applied.
DATA CONTROL
At your request, Sia Split Hotel is obliged to: *deliver a statement on the source of data collection *deliver a statement on whether your personal data is being processed *complete, amend or delete data that is incomplete, incorrect or their processing is not in accordance with the law *deliver a printout of personal data data (together with an indication of the purpose of collection and processing) relating to you and contained in the database *provide a list of authorized recipients of your personal data, including the purpose and legal basis for providing personal data to recipients for use *provide a notification about automatic processing of personal data. The request can be submitted at any time via the email address info@siasplithotel.hr, and Sia Split Hotel is obliged to submit the requested documentation at its own expense within 30 days of receiving the request.
